Intellectual Property Protection Policy

Last updated: November 25, 2025

At Tuvzora, we respect and safeguard the intellectual property (IP) rights of designers, photographers, artists, and brand owners. This policy sets forth our standards and procedures for reporting potential infringements.

1. Commitment to Intellectual Property Rights

Tuvzora ensures that designs, photography, branding, and text featured across tuvzora.com are either:

  • Proprietary and owned by Tuvzora, or
  • Properly licensed and authorized by third-party rights holders.

Any non-consensual duplication or unauthorized use is strictly forbidden.

2. Prohibited Infringing Material

We do not sanction the listing or distribution of items that infringe registered copyrights, trademarks, design patents, or trade dress. We reserve full rights to take down suspect content immediately.

3. Submitting an IP Infringement Notice (DMCA)

If you are an authorized IP owner and believe your work is used without permission, email us with the subject: “IP Infringement Notice”

Your notice must contain:

  • Detailed description of the copyrighted work or registered trademark claimed to be infringed.
  • Specific URL(s) or listing link(s) on tuvzora.com displaying the material.
  • Your complete legal name, mailing address, contact number, and professional email.
  • A good-faith statement confirming the disputed use is unauthorized.
  • A declaration under penalty of perjury asserting the veracity of the claim and your legal authority to represent the rights holder.
  • Your electronic or physical signature.

4. Response and Investigation

Upon receiving an actionable notice, Tuvzora will:

  • Expedite internal review of the cited listings.
  • Disable access or eliminate the flagged content if infringement is substantiated.
  • Notify relevant production vendors and provide fair counter-notice opportunities where legally appropriate.

5. Repeat Offender Policy

In adherence to federal copyright statutes, entities or suppliers found repeatedly violating IP rights will have accounts permanently revoked and commercial relationships terminated.

6. False or Misleading Reports

Submitting knowingly fabricated claims incurs liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) for legal fees and related damages.

7. Designated Contact for IP Claims
